While Global NCAP is yet to crash test the India-spec C3, the tallboy hatchback has been tested by Latin NCAP, with the C3 scoring 0 stars in the crash test.The Citroen C3 is manufactured in India as well as Brazil, with the latter having been tested by Latin NCAP.It should be noted that the results do not apply to the model sold in India, and if Global NCAP does test the car for its crash worthiness in the future, the results could be different. The Brazil-spec Citroen C3 is equipped with dual airbags and Electronic Stability Control as standard. The adult occupant protection of the C3 was rated at 31%, while the child occupant protection came out to be 12%.The India-spec Citroen C3 comes equipped with dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, front seat belt reminders, a reversing camera, rear parking sensors, Electronic Stability Program, Hill-hold Assist and a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System as well.
