They gather related information from digital retailing tools and can see it, but they're not linking the two together in their sales process, according to Roberts. There's also the notion of training, according to CDK's 2023 Trendsetter's Guide to Automotive Retail report. I wonder if more training would help dealers maximize their technology use?
