© Provided by NewshubFormer Whanganui MP Chester Borrows, 65, has died. Prior to entering the House of Representatives, Borrows was a police officer, detective and lawyer. Over the weekend, his family said cancer Borrows was suffering from was now terminal. The Givealittle page for Borrows had raised over $39,000 with money going towards the ongoing costs of Borrows' treatment. Another person wrote, "No words will do, glad you will be able to wrap yourselves together at this terrible time".
