Intelligent connected vehicles and big data are the two primary targets for the company. In 2021, Huawei announced its cooperation with Seres, a local young smart vehicle producer born from a traditional vehicle company. Other Chongqing smart vehicle producers also recruited Huawei's strength. As for the big data industry, in 2019, Chongqing and Huawei established the Kunpeng Computing Industry Ecological Chongqing Center, also known as Kunpeng Chongqing Center. According to Shangyou News, Kunpeng Chongqing Center has served 1,020 partners in Chongqing, including governments, manufacturers, financial units, and Internet operators.
