Investigators ask public to help ID car connected to daylight fatal shooting

Investigators have enlisted the public’s help in identifying a “vehicle of interest” in the daylight fatal shooting of a man in Atlantic City earlier this month, according to statement from the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office. Jahmil Greenidge, 28, of Atlantic City was found on May 19 suffering from a single gunshot wound around 8 a.m. on the 300 block of North Tennessee Avenue, authorities said. The car may possibly have a white, temporary, license plate registration tag, the office said. “We are actively seeking the public’s assistance with solving this fatal shooting,” Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner said in a statement. “This incident occurred in broad daylight in a well-traveled area of the city.
