Kroger announced that the company will soon start delivering groceries using self-driving trucks in the Dallas area in Texas. The grocery store chain has partnered with Gatik to use the California-based company’s autonomous box trucks to bring customer orders to multiple Kroger retail locations, according to a video on Gatik’s YouTube page.

Kroger is committed to creating a seamless shopping experience whether that’s through home delivery, through store pickup, shopping in the store and Gatik enables us to just continue and enhance that experience,” says Mike Baker, head of Final Mile with Kroger.
