Mercedes-Benz revealed it had signed a deal with Google for the development of a navigation tool for its new latest MB.OS operating system. As per Reuters, the navigation system will provide Mercedes-Benz car units with Google traffic information, including automatic rerouting. At this level, drivers can take their hands off the wheel on some roads as long as they can easily resume control if needed. There is also an agreement between Google and Mercedes-Benz regarding further partnership with Google Cloud data and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. “We invite only the very best partners to enhance our operating system and to add to the Mercedes-Benz customer experience.
