Mullen Launches Production of Class 3 EV Truck

A Mullen Three Class 3 EV comes off the assembly line in Tunica, Miss. Mullen Automotive says its first Mullen Three, a Class 3 commercial electric truck, has rolled off the assembly line at the company’s assembly in Tunica, Miss. As EV adoption rates increase, Mullen said it will add a second shift, increasing production capacity to 6,000 vehicles annually. As Mullen Three production increases, testing and production of the Mullen One EV cargo van also will take place at the 120,000-square-foot Tunica facility, the company said. Mullen’s EV development portfolio included the Mullen Five EV Crossover, Mullen-GO Commercial Urban Delivery EV, Mullen Commercial Class 1-3 EVs and Bollinger Motors, which makes electric trucks and Class 4-6 commercial vehicles.
