Video from AIR7 HD showed a torrent of water gushing through a white Kia Soul after the car knocked over the fire hydrant on a sidewalk. The suspects involved in the chase were at large after the crash, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Another multi-vehicle crash, this one involving at least one LAPD cruiser, occurred at the nearby intersection of Farmdale Avenue and Jefferson Boulevard.
