Self-driving taxi involved in crash with turning truck in San Francisco

On Monday, an autonomous Cruise robotaxi collided with a truck in San Francisco, according to reports. The crash happened on the morning of August 7 on Stanyan and Oak near Golden Gate Park, according to the San Francisco Standard. Cruise told the outlet that the self-driving taxi was following another car which turned to get around the truck. The taxi tried to follow that car but reportedly stopped when the truck started to move. Video from the scene shows the aftermath of the collision between the Cruise robotaxi and the semi trailer.
