Self-Driving Truck Startup Plus Aims for U.S. Plus said that the combined company will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “PLAV” after the deal closes in the third quarter of this year. Plus’s existing shareholders are expected to hold a combined 80% stake in the combined company. Five-year-old Plus is among several self-driving startups that are exploring the use of their technologies in the trucking business.
