Sofico, the automotive finance, leasing and fleet software provider, is joining the MONET Consortium through its subsidiary in Japan. The MONET Consortium wants to develop a Japan-wide Mobility as a Service (MaaS) platform for mobility services and data-analysis by promoting collaboration between companies. It brings together over 650 companies from various industries including construction, manufacturing, ICT, energy, logistics, finance and vehicle leasing. Sofico Japan joins the consortium with its Miles Solution, capable of bridging the contracted vehicle use with driver-centric, value-added mobility and connected car services, supporting suppliers that need to innovate their product offering with solutions like hybrid leases, subscriptions, and multi-modal mobility.
