Sony's new Alpha 7R V boasts high-res sensor and AI processing unit. Sony India has announced the release of its newest addition to the Alpha mirrorless interchangeable lens camera line, the Alpha 7R V (model ILCE-7RM5). The camera combines Sony's highest-resolution image sensor with a new AI processing unit dedicated to AI-based image recognition and the powerful BIONZ XR image processing engine, a first in the "R" full-frame lineup. The Alpha 7R V features a 61.0MP back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS sensor and powerful BIONZ XR image processing engine, which can produce images ranging from ISO 100 to 32000. Customers will also receive an extended warranty of 2+1 years on the purchase of the Alpha 7R V camera.
