July recap: From Kia Seltos to Hyundai Exter | TOI AutoTata Motors had recently launched the Punch CNG in the Indian market, and the CNG micro SUV received a new feature in the form of a voice-controlled electric sunroof. Now, the feature has trickled down to the regular petrol variants of the Tata Punch as well.Tata Motors has introduced a range of new variants for the Punch, starting from Accomplished S, priced at Rs 8.25 lakh.The Punch has now become the third most affordable car in India to be offered with an electric sunroof after its sibling Altroz and direct rival Hyundai Exter . Pricing for the Punch starts from Rs 6 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs 10.10 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom).Apart from the newly added electric sunroof, other features on offer with the Tata Punch include a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a semi-digital instrument cluster, auto climate control, connected car tech and cruise control. The CNG version of the SUV gets the same engine, but generates 73 hp power and 103 Nm in CNG mode, with a standard 5MT.Would you want your next car to have an electric sunroof?
