Tesla has announced its plans to spend more than $1 billion on its Dojo supercomputer by the end of 2024. He highlighted the importance of training complex machine learning models with a large volume of data, stating that the more training data available, the better the results. In addition to Dojo, Tesla has also built a compute cluster equipped with 5,760 Nvidia A100 GPUs for video training. However, Musk mentioned that the supply of GPUs from Nvidia is limited due to high demand from various customers.
