At around 10.15am on Saturday, March 11, tailbacks were seen on both sides of the road heading into Waddesdon following the incident. “My mates and I then saw to our left that a van was on its rooftop whilst connected to a trailer. “It was upside down and it was connected to another vehicle that was in the middle of the road.
