Volkswagen showed off images of its facelifted 2022 Tiguan SUV mid-May, ahead of the vehicle’s full reveal, scheduled closer to its on-sale date around October. Also standard: heated front seats, and a folding third-row bench if you opt for front-wheel-drive (optional on 4MOTION AWD Tiguans). That’s because the German automaker is holding onto things like trim details, specifications, and pricing info until a full reveal set for closer to the 2022 Tiguan’s on-sale date, which in Canada should be around October. For the performance-minded, we may see a Tiguan R or GTI, though; plus a new little brother, Taos, due in Canadian dealerships in July.
