What Would Happen If AI Took Over?

And so, I think the burning question inquiring minds want to know is this:What would happen if AI took over? And, of course, you almost can’t talk about the possibility of rogue AI without bringing up HAL 9000 of 2001: A Space Odyssey. In these stories, AI doesn’t take over at all. Because for all of humans’ attempts to make AI a sentient being, AI doesn’t have a soul. So what would happen if AI took over?
