A Novi woman has been charged for a fatal hit-and-run last year connected to an assault case involving a former WWE wrestler and MSU football player. Shortly before she was struck, according to investigators,Ratliff left a car she had been riding in when another passenger, former pro wrestler and footballer Kyle Rasmussen, allegedly attacked the driver. Ratliff, along with the driver, was fleeing from the vehicle and was about 100 feet from it when she was struck by another vehicle, driven by Kapllaj westbound on M-59, investigators claim. Kapllaj is also accused of fleeing the scene. She’s out of custody on a personal bond and is scheduled to be arraigned July 18 before Oakland County Circuit Judge Cheryl Matthews.
