Faway says Xiaomi is now involved in business discussions with a series of partners, but the "pricing for Xiaomi's first car model has been completed. Of course, we shouldn’t take anything for granted, but speculation has it that the first Xiaomi model could be priced at approximately 149,900 yuan (close to $21,000). However, the vehicle would sport a range of just 700 kilometers (less than 450 miles) per a single charge. Apple is focusing heavily on self-driving capabilities, though the first model is expected to come with major limitations. More information, however, is expected later this year when the company concludes additional testing.
