A staple in the open wheel community has become a staple once again for the stock car community, as Indianapolis Motor Speedway—the Brickyard—returned to NASCAR Crown Jewel status, racing on the 2.5-mile rectangular oval in real-world competition again as of the 2024 season. From 2010 to 2020, the famed venue was included on every eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Championship Series schedule, but from 2021 to 2023, as the real-world Cup competition opted to traverse the infield Road Course, it was taken off the top level esports series as well. It returned in dramatic fashion in 2024 and has remained since. Round 6 of the 2026 season will take the 40 car field back home again to Indiana as tickets to the 2026 Playoffs continue to dwindle down.
