Announced at Equinix Horizon in Singapore, Equinix Fabric One is a managed, any-to-any connectivity service that enables customers to specify the environments they need connected and the requirements they want to meet. The service is designed to determine and deliver the routing, cloud connectivity, encryption, resiliency, and failover required across distributed architectures. The offering combines NVIDIA’s validated Enterprise Reference Architectures, Together AI’s inference platform supporting more than 200 open-source models, and Equinix’s global data-centre infrastructure. Connectivity to clouds, networks, and AI providers will be delivered through Equinix Fabric. Former Anmore Elementary PAC treasurer faces charges for fraud and theft Approximately 10 months after the Anmore PAC reported “significant financial discrepancies” in their bank accounts, B.C. Prosecution Service has approved three charges against the organization’s former treasurer. Ryan Kohler of Anmore is facing one charge of fraud over $5,000 and two charges of theft. The alleged offences occurred between October 2024 and May 2025, according to a release from Coquitlam RCMP. Abstract Dynamic-scene 4D reconstruction technology has great application potential in film and television production, virtual reality, and smart cities. However, existing methods generally suffer from limitations such as constraints on ultra-dense or single-view input, end-to-end black-box design, frame-by-frame independent output, and high computational requirements. To address these issues, this paper proposes a modular, streaming, asynchronous, and spatiotemporally coherent 4D reconstruction method. Its main innovations are: (1) native support for sparse multi-view video input; (2) a modular architecture with four decoupled and independently replaceable modules; (3) a temporal-stream depth estimation that propagates and optimizes depth across consecutive frames; and (4) a hierarchical keyframe scheduling strategy for streaming asynchronous processing that achieves online / near-online processing. By using sparse multi-view video as input and a modular design—where each core stage is decoupled and independently replaceable—the method outputs spatiotemporally coherent dynamic points. Experiments on multiple datasets show that the proposed method can achieve online, incremental, dynamic 4D reconstruction of multi-view video data while ensuring reconstruction accuracy and completeness. The attacks of September 11, 2001, changed far more than the skyline of New York. They altered the way architects, planners, governments, developers, and citizens understood the relationship between buildings and risk. Architecture had long been concerned with structural safety, fire protection, natural disasters, and human comfort, but after 9/11, another question moved sharply toward the center of architectural thinking: How should cities be designed when buildings and public spaces themselves can become targets? The answer has never been simple. The decades following 9/11 produced stronger buildings, controlled entrances, security barriers, surveillance systems, redesigned public spaces, new approaches to memorial architecture, and a renewed interest in urban resilience. At the same time, these measures introduced a difficult contradiction. The safer a city tries to become, the more it can begin to resemble a city designed around fear. The influence of 9/11 therefore cannot be reduced to the architecture of the rebuilt World Trade Center. It represents a broader transformation in urbanism, in which security became embedded within the physical fabric of cities around the world. From Iconic Towers to Vulnerable Urban Symbols Before 9/11, the skyscraper represented many things: technological achievement, economic power, globalization, corporate identity, and urban ambition. The World Trade Center embodied these ideas particularly strongly. Its Twin Towers were not merely office buildings but internationally recognizable symbols of New York’s economic and political significance. Their destruction demonstrated that architecture could acquire a new vulnerability precisely because of its symbolic power. Residents have faced difficulties reaching destinations owing to the unavailability of electric buses, resulting in increased reliance on alternative transport. The strike has disrupted scheduled routes and prompted travellers to seek alternatives, extending journey times and contributing to congestion on major corridors. The disruption has affected routine commuting patterns across the city and raised concerns among local commuters. Smart City Kalyan Samiti secretary Gulshan Kumar stated that there are around 30 electric buses operating in the city, staffed by about 60 drivers. He indicated that all 30 buses were non-operational as the drivers were boycotting their work. The buses form part of the urban transport plan intended to improve connectivity, and the absence of services has placed pressure on other modes of public transport. Kumar alleged that one driver, who assumed a managerial role and misbehaved with colleagues, imposed his own driving rules and operated buses after consuming alcohol. The matter was raised with the relevant authorities with a request for the removal of that driver. Kumar claimed that, rather than taking action, the authorities backed that individual and instead terminated the employment of several e-bus drivers, including himself. The termination has heightened tensions and prompted the union to press for reinstatement and an inquiry into conduct and disciplinary decisions. He added that a letter had been sent to the concerned authorities but no remedial action had been taken to date.
