Agero, a provider of digital roadside assistance and accident management services, has partnered with MOTER Technologies (MOTER), an InsurTech company that turns connected vehicle data into risk and claims intelligence, through its recently acquired Urgently platform.
The tie-up brings together Urgently’s digital roadside assistance technology, Agero’s nationwide service network and MOTER’s connected vehicle intelligence, claims visualisation tools and driver risk analytics.
Under the arrangement, incidents detected through connected vehicles can automatically trigger digital roadside and accident assistance while simultaneously generating a data-backed claims file.
MOTER’s technology draws on connected vehicle data to recreate accident events digitally, giving insurers clearer visibility into incidents, faster resolution times and greater operational efficiency.
