The Regional Council with Decision No 164 of 30 April 2026 has activated the Integrated Enhancement Program (Masterplan) the Agro aversano with area target the territories of the Municipalities of: Aversa, Carinaro, Casaluce, Casal di Principe, Casapesenna, Cesa, Frignano, Gricignano di Aversa, Lusciano, Orta di Atella, San Cipriano d’Aversa, San Marcellino, Sant’Arpino, Succivo, Teverola, Trentola Ducenta and Villa di Briano. To the area target An area may be integrated. buffer It will include all municipalities which have interactions with the target area and which are not already included in other territorial development strategies or programming instruments. The strategic lines identified for the development of this area are: - Enhancement of the morphological fabric of the historic city with the system of its public open spaces and of the emergencies of its architectural and archaeological historical heritage, as matrices of sustainable development; - Redevelopment of the transition areas of the polycentric network, aimed at the morphological redefinition of its margins and peri-urban edge areas; - Enhancement of the stratification of the territories and of the historical infrastructural structure, redefining the continuity of the open rural spaces and the hydraulic-agrarian grid arrangements for water regimentation and drainage with the relative shore and riparian strips of widespread naturalness, as an ordering element of the landscape, as well as a device for territorial rebalancing and restoring ecological connections; - Restoration of natural and modified ecosystems through the use of Nature-based Solutions aimed at promoting the sustainability of urban systems, the recovery of degraded ecosystems, the mitigation of climate change-induced effects, the improvement of risk management and the implementation of resilience; - Definition and implementation of an intermodal mobility network of railway, plant or aquatic infrastructures, collective, diversified, capillary and effective able to connect the widespread centralities and urban and territorial emergencies; - Redevelopment of
