The American software company PlusAI has entered into a final merger agreement with the SpaceX company Texas Ventures Acquisition III Corp. to enter the stock exchange. As part of the deal, PlusAI is valued at $800 million and is backed by $300 million in capital, including more than $60 million in committed financing and $236 million in Texas Ventures III accounts. The financing includes significant investments from Yorkville Advisors funds and investors that will enable the implementation of a commercialization plan through 2027, including further integration with original equipment manufacturers and the planned commercial launch of factory-built autonomous trucks equipped with SuperDrive virtual driver software. Currently, the company, together with Ryder and International, operates autonomous cargo routes in Texas and cooperates with truck manufacturers, including TRATON, Hyundai and IVECO. The transaction is expected to close in 2026, subject to the usual closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
