This process utilizes controlled current pulse-trains through the junction barrier to adjust junction resistance and improve wafer-level yield, ultimately aiming for more stable and reproducible quantum systems. “We are seeing strong interest in this type of solution,” said Peter Hörstedt, CEO and co-founder of Arkeon, noting the increasing need to optimize chips without complete manufacturing overhauls.
