BMF GRUP signs the acquisition of Flash Lighting Services and extends its services from buildings to cities

BMF GRUP has signed the agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Flash Lighting Services, one of Romania’s leading companies in the design, implementation and management of smart lighting systems.

Ongoing concession and service contracts continue under the agreed terms, with the same teams, the same contact persons, the same 24/7 dispatch centre and the same accountability to the communities it serves.
