The first speakers for Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC26) have been announced.
ITS Internationalis a media partner of the transportation and technology event, which is co-located with Tomorrow.Mobility (TMWC26) and runs from 3-5 November at Fira Barcelona.
At SCEWC2026, speakers will include Rochelle Haynes, MD, What Works Cities – Bloomberg Philanthropies; Carlo Battisti, president, Living Future Europe; Cristian Canton, associate director, Barcelona Supercomputing Center; Karl-Filip Coenegrachts, executive director, Open & Agile Smart Cities; and Ayumi Moore Aoki, founder and CEO, Women in Tech Global.
Meanwhile, TMWC26 will hear from leaders including: Lukas Nekermann, co-founder, Urban Places Lab; Teresa Riesgo Alcaide, secretary general for Innovation, Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities; Marc Rozendal, CEO, EIT Urban Mobility; Henk Swarttouw, president, European Cyclists Federation; Jaromir Beranek, deputy mayor for transportation, City of Prague, Czech Republic; and Armando D. Hernández Lugo, technical director, Cluster de Innovacion para la Micromovilidad Eléctrica.
