Cars Under the Stars, the Larchmont Boulevard Association’s first Porsche show, takes over the 500 block of North Larchmont Boulevard on Saturday, September 19, from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. With one week to go, organizers of Cars Under the Stars are preparing for the moment the whole evening was built around — the one that happens at dusk.
As the light goes, the Hollywood Sign comes into view above Larchmont Boulevard and the bistro lights installed last December begin to glow.
“I wanted to create that perfect Los Angeles moment — the Hollywood Sign at dusk, the bistro lights coming on, and these beautiful Porsches lining Larchmont Boulevard,” Cortier said.
Crews from Virgo Designs & Landscaping have been clearing and cleaning up the Larchmont median along the stretch where the cars will be staged.
