AI in action: Cat AI Assistant and beyond One of the company’s flagship AI tools is the Cat AI Assistant, which allows field technicians to use voice commands to pull up repair procedures, troubleshoot issues, and identify needed parts before starting a repair. The company reports about 1.6 million connected assets globally and more than 16 petabytes of structured data.
