Researchers, cybersecurity experts, industry professionals, and students from across the country participated in the International Conference on Advancement in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics (ICACSDF 2026), where discussions centered on emerging cyber threats, digital investigations, and the challenges posed by rapid technological advancement.

“While ‘Digital India’ is our strength, a ‘Secure Digital India’ is our necessity,” he said.

He also stressed the importance of strengthening digital forensics as evidence increasingly comes from mobile phones, computers, servers, and networks.

Experts said India needed to build capabilities to stay ahead of increasingly sophisticated cyber threats through education, research, and innovation.

They called for greater cooperation among government agencies, universities, industry, security agencies, and society to develop indigenous technologies and security solutions.
