Driverless electric trucks are now running daily freight routes in Marysville, Ohio.
Einride, a Stockholm-based autonomous freight company, and Columbus-based EASE Logistics announced Oct. 6 that two of Einride’s SAE Level 4 autonomous electric trucks are in live operations between EASE warehouses.
“Daily operations in Marysville give us the proof points we need to keep expanding autonomous freight across the corridor and beyond.”
EASE’s third autonomous deployment The Marysville routes are EASE’s third autonomous trucking deployment with DriveOhio.
“EASE believes in leading through action and putting innovation to work in real-world operations,” EASE Logistics President and CEO Peter Coratola Jr. commented.
