Two SAE Level 4 autonomous electric trucks from Einride have begun daily freight operations for EASE Logistics in Marysville, Ohio, moving loads between the logistics provider’s facilities.

The two cabless Einride trucks are operating on EASE property and local public roads on scheduled routes between EASE facilities.

The companies said the trucks began operating in September and are generating data on safety, reliability, efficiency, and other aspects of autonomous freight operations.

“Daily operations in Marysville give us the proof points we need to keep expanding autonomous freight across the corridor and beyond.”
