EV Realty has named Henrik Holland president, bringing the former Prologis Mobility and Shell executive aboard as the company expands its commercial truck charging business and looks to apply its infrastructure model to autonomous fleets.

EV Realty develops and operates multi-megawatt charging hubs through its Powered Properties platform, which focuses on securing grid capacity and developing sites for fleet operations.

“What people underestimate about autonomous fleets is how power-intensive they are,” Holland said.

Holland Brings Fleet Charging Experience Holland previously built Prologis Mobility, where he oversaw a commercial EV charging network delivering 70 MW of power across more than 400 projects.

“EV Realty has built an excellent company around that challenge, and I’m eager to help bring that approach to more fleets and more markets,” Holland said.
