Exein Secures $270M at $1.7B Valuation for Physical AI Security

Founded in 2018, Italy-based Exein has built embedded and runtime security technology that targets vulnerabilities, attacks, and compliance issues in IoT devices.

Exein is now working on a proprietary foundation model specifically crafted for Physical AI security, trained on real-world machine activity.

“AI is moving out of the cloud and into the physical world, and this is the transition Exein was built for.

Physical AI is the natural next step for Exein: we’re building machine-time security for machine-time attacks,” Cuozzo added.
