Hey, Macarena (wing) But perhaps the most eye-catching part of the September Sports Update is the introduction of the vaunted ‘Macarena wing’, as used by Ferrari, Red Bull and McLaren this season. Combined with active aero, the rotating rear wing device is said to reduce straight-line drag when in operation, with Ferrari debuting it in preseason testing. Red Bull followed suit during the Miami Grand Prix weekend, while McLaren introduced its own version, codenamed the ‘H-Wing’, at last weekend’s Italian Grand Prix. It’s unclear whether this version will be in the new update, or whether each team’s distinctive systems will be represented individually. New liveries and Sports Update Naturally, as teams accrue more sponsors and deploy aero upgrades, their cars’ appearances change, with eight teams receiving updated cars. In addition, special liveries for Racing Bulls, Audi, and Cadillac cars will be available until 14th October, with more dropping via the in-game mailing system on the 9th, 11th, and 16th of September. New F2 liveries include those of Campos Racing’s championship leader Nikola Tsolov, as well as his nearest opponent, Rafael Câmara. The car of Câmara’s Invicta Racing teammate, Joshua Dürksen,
