The alleged assault Court heard the complainant is a boy who was living in a group home at the time of the alleged assault.
The boy testified that he recorded a video of the sexual encounter and sent it to the man through Snapchat.
One Snapchat account had a username that was similar to an email address found on Cetin’s phone.
The judge found no evidence connecting Cetin to that account, which was central to the Crown’s case.
But the judge found the location evidence did not establish that Cetin was the man the boy met.
