The Agent City initiative identifies three core priorities: ensuring data sovereignty and autonomy; security in AI agent operations; and bridging the digital divide.

Throughout these priorities runs the principle: AI does not govern humans – humans govern and control AI.

Speakers examined the journey from digital cities and smart cities to AI-Native cities, where AI agents can collaborate to handle specific tasks in public services, business operations, and people's lives.

The discussion focused on technological infrastructure and security, data management, identity verification, authorization, and control over the actions of AI agents.
