A new week brings a new set of Gran Turismo 7 Daily Races, with three fresh events now live and running through next Monday. The week’s lineup keeps things firmly in North America, with stops at Watkins Glen, Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve and Daytona. Race A is the most unique of the bunch: a six-lap one-make at the Watkins Glen short course in the Mercedes-Benz W196R, the 1950s Formula One car that Juan Manuel Fangio took to two championships. Race B is Gr.3 at Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve for five laps. CGV’s mix of long straights and tight chicanes can make for racy, contact-prone laps, so getting a clean start through the opening will be critical. Race C is the strategy session of the week: eleven laps of Daytona’s Road Course in Gr.4, with 2x fuel and 4x tire wear, sixteen cars, and a mandatory tire compound change.
