The Hyundai N Racing Simulator is based on the PlayStation game 'Gran Turismo 7' and will be offered in two versions depending on specifications: the high-performance 'PRO' and the standard 'RACER.' The PRO model uses an LG OLED Pro and a PlayStation 5 Pro, while the RACER model is equipped with an LG 65-inch OLED TV and a PlayStation 5. The hardware setup also focuses on recreating the feel of a real car. The cockpit uses a Next Level Racing GT Elite Lite with a Hyundai N-specific design, and the seat is an Avante N light sports bucket seat. The steering wheel and pedals are equipped with Logitech G's TRUEFORCE feedback technology, direct drive, and precise braking functions to deliver handling that feels close to a real racing car. The Hyundai N Racing Simulator has already been used as official competition equipment. It served as the official sim racing setup for the national team selection event for the 2026 Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 'Gran Turismo 7' competition, held during Round 1 of the Hyundai N Festival on the 8th, where Kim Young-chan finished first and secured a spot on the national team. Hyundai Motor Company said it plans to expand brand experiences in the sim racing market by using a sophisticated physics engine based on real-car data and a dedicated cockpit configuration.
