Charles Gifford, Intrado vice president and chief information security officer (CISO), highlights the cyberthreats faced by 911 centers and the importance of migrating to ESInet platforms. Gifford spoke with IWCE’s Urgent Communications Editor Donny Jackson during the APCO 2026 event conducted last month in San Antonio.
