Our Spectrum News anchors Karla Leal and Agustin Garfias conducted a little experiment to see whether the toll roads are actually worth the price. Both of them started at the same time in Round Rock, but they each took a different route to arrive in downtown Austin. One of them took the toll road and the other drove down Interstate 35.
