ITF Group was named a 2026 Top Workplace by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, marking the third consecutive year and sixth time overall the logistics company has received the recognition. The Top Workplaces program is administered by Energage and is based entirely on confidential employee feedback. Organizations must achieve at least a 35% employee response rate to qualify and are evaluated against Energage benchmarks. ITF Group Earns Sixth Top Workplace Recognition ITF Group is headquartered in Hazelwood, Mo., and provides third-party logistics and supply chain services. The company was founded in 2012 and has expanded its capabilities to include ocean and air freight. ITF said it also focuses on promoting employees from within and providing continued training in individual areas of specialization. “Being named a Top Workplace six times is a reflection of something our team builds every single day,” said Sam Burkhan, CEO of ITF Group. “This award is decided entirely by our employees, and that is what makes it the most meaningful recognition we receive.” Burkhan added that the recognition reflects how employees view the company and its workplace culture. St. Louis Supports Logistics Operations ITF said its St. Louis location provides access to a major transportation network supporting Midwest fulfillment and national distribution. According to the company, St. Louis is served by all six Class I railroads and is within a two-day truck drive of most of the U.S. population. ITF also pointed to its continued investment in logistics technology and workforce development as it expands its supply chain capabilities. The company also participated in community activities including the 9/11 Day National Meal Pack and the Gateway Dragon Boat Race.
