Laguna Seca and Daytona International Speedway will both be laser-scanned and feature contemporary kerbing and signage. A further four venues in the United States of America will be released over time, in packs of two. Publisher Motorsport Games states that it is “expecting” late Q3 (third quarter of the year) and late Q4 for the remaining releases, affirming that all will be available this year. They want $60 for this game and it has no career mode and only has 7 tracks in the base game. Then they want a subscription on top of that and to charge what will be $30 AU for a 2 track pack. But of a joke really The tracks in LMU are really well made and this ‘not official WEC venue’ idea is one I can really get behind. Would rather they use WEC sponsors than ‘motorsport games’ being plastered everywhere, but it’s a minor quibble. I’ve no issues with the price and would love to buy the pack, but I am not giving another penny/cent to this game whilst the Single Player experience seems to be ignored by the developers.
