Live Facial Recognition vans are set to deploy in Windsor.
Police will deploy Live Facial Recognition (LFR) vans on Peascod Street in Windsor on Monday, June 29, as part of efforts to prevent crime and identify wanted individuals.
The specialist LFR team will operate alongside local officers to detect known suspects and enhance public safety in the busy town centre.
Authorities say the visible presence of the vans can deter offending, even if some individuals choose to avoid the area during their use.
