LTM, a Larsen & Toubro Group Company, on Friday said it has issued an offer to acquire Randstad's technology and consulting services business across Europe and Australia as part of a broader strategic partnership focused on AI-led transformation and digital engineering services. The proposed acquisition covers Randstad’s technology and consulting operations in France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Australia, representing annual revenue of more than $500 million (€469 million). According to LTM, the acquisition would strengthen its presence in key sectors, including aerospace and defence, automotive, utilities, and banking and financial services (BFS), while expanding its regional capabilities in cybersecurity, IoT, and digital engineering. The company said the deal would also enhance its nearshore delivery capabilities through centres in Romania and Portugal and help build sovereign-compliant AI and digital transformation solutions for clients across Europe and Australia. The proposed transaction forms part of a broader 360-degree collaboration between the two companies, including a five-year IT services partnership to drive AI-enabled transformation for Randstad’s India Global Capability Centre and a strategic talent-managed services partnership to support LTM’s expanding global workforce.
