The MSCII differentiates itself from the MS in Criminal Justice with concentration in Cybercrime Investigation & Cybersecurity through its emphasis on the technical and analytical dimensions of modern investigations, including IoT forensics, cyber threat intelligence, financial crime, cryptocurrency and blockchain investigations, artificial intelligence, and deepfake-related offenses.
It focuses on the techniques and principles used during investigative and legal procedures by law enforcement, intelligence professionals, and private-sector practitioners engaged in cybercrime investigation, digital forensics, and threat intelligence investigation and prosecution.
