Multiple lanes blocked on I-15 at 9400 South after trailer rolls in roadway

SANDY, Utah (KUTV) — Multiple lanes of northbound Interstate 15 were blocked at 9400 South after a concrete mixer being pulled by a pickup truck came off the truck and overturned in the roadway.

Utah Highway Patrol Lt. Zach Randall said northbound I-15 Exit 294 was closed as crews worked to clean up the scene.

The Utah Department of Transportation was cleaning up a spill from the overturned mixer.

Drivers were told to expect delays of more than 30 minutes on northbound I-15.
