The Shenji NX9031 is the industry's first ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) chip manufactured using a 5-nanometer automotive-grade process, with both the chip and underlying software designed in-house, Onvo said. The chip features over 50 billion transistors and possesses the industry's strongest automotive-grade SoC inference computing power. To date, it has provided a smooth intelligent experience for over 200,000 users, according to the WeChat post. The Shenji NX9031 also features an industry-leading ultra-high memory bandwidth of 546 GB/s, making it a chip truly born for inference large models, with double the bandwidth of the latest industry flagships, Onvo said.
