The Agent City initiative identifies three core priorities: ensuring data sovereignty and autonomy; security in AI agent operations; and bridging the digital divide.

Throughout these priorities runs the principle: AI does not govern humans – humans govern and control AI.

He also mentioned the opportunity to create new job models, where individuals can develop AI agents to serve customers on a global scale.

Furthermore, experts also emphasized the role of controlled testing mechanisms (sandboxes), human oversight, and accountability to ensure that AI agents can operate safely in real-world environments.
